Police said the man appeared to be intoxicated or under the influence of a narcotic substance. Field tests could not be given. The man was taken to Kennedy University Hospital. A man picked up an electric razor at Walmart on Route 42 on Sept. 20, then tried to return the razor, but was unsuccessful. He then stolen the razor, valued at $105. Copper piping and a water meter were reported stolen from Bank of the West on Route 42 on Sept. 20. The passengerside window of a car parked at LA Fitness was broken on Sept. 20. Nothing was taken. Damages were estimated at $300. The front door of a vacant property on Fish Pond Road was pried open between Sept. 16 and Sept. 20. Nothing was reported missing. The passenger of a car being driven on Route 42 near Ganttown Road on Sept. 18 was arrested for having an outstanding warrant. Police also noticed a small bag of what appeared to be marijuana at his feet. He was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance. A resident of Millstream Apartments on BlackwoodBarnsboro Road reported on Sept. 17 someone tried to break down the door, causing the door jam to become loose.
